Hybrid queen palm?

I found this queen palm in my city. It looks very different than a normal queen palm, the fronds look heavy, full of leaflets, and they are not very plumose.

Could this be a Hybrid or just another variation of this species?

(This palm survived -5⁰C in february 2021)

I have seen similar Queen palms that are just fuller than others . Just curious , is it in a lot of shade? I see it is protected by the building . Like other genus , this species can vary . It is a special looking Syagrus . I am one of those that really like them. Harry

I just assumed all queens had the potential, but according to the captions on PalmPedia photos, there is a less-hardy variety and the more robust variety with a fuller crown. @idontknowhatnametuse I've seen them across the valley on this side of the border. Here's in Harlingen. They flower year round.

These fuller crown ones are what I aspire to have my queens look like, I dare say they are even reminiscent of large royal palms!

The full crown hides the fact that there’s no crown shaft lol
