Howdyall:

Here's a thread about the sights at the Edison Estate in Fort Myers.

I shot through there on my way down to Naples.

It was a cloudy day when I started, gonna try to keep things in more or less chron-order.

Some of these pics had to be cropped rather severely, but I thought all were worthwhile.

Away we go . . . .

This is the Florida Champion Banyan tree.

Hmm. Wonder what it has for breakfast?  ???

And how much and for how long?

What?  Dave!  No pics of the famous Royals lining McGregor Blvd?  That is my favorite drive through Ft Myers.  I thought for sure those would have you swooning!    :)

Seriously though, nice shots of the Edison Estate.  That Banyan tree is amazing.
